IEEE MeAVeAS 2025 will have the following awards, which will be announced and bestowed at the Award Ceremony.
BEST CONFERENCE PRESENTATION AWARD
This award recognizes the most outstanding presentation presented at IEEE MeAVeAS 2025.
The winner will be entitled to:
- a signed and stamped official Award Certificate;
- the announcement of the achievement on a special conference webpage.
Basis for Judging: a selection committee will be appointed by the Awards Committee Chairs. Presentations are judged based on technical merit, originality, potential impact on the field, quality and context of the written abstract.
Presentation: the award will be announced and presented at the Award Ceremony.
Eligibility: all presentations of the abstracts submitted to the conference will be candidate for the award.
BEST CONFERENCE PRESENTATION BY A YOUNG RESEARCHER AWARD
This award recognizes the most outstanding presentation presented by a researcher (< 35 years old before April 30, 2025) at IEEE MeAVeAS 2025.
The winner will be entitled to:
- a signed and stamped official Award Certificate;
- the announcement of the achievement on a special conference webpage.
Basis for Judging: a selection committee will be appointed by the Awards Committee Chairs. Presentations are judged based on technical merit, originality, potential impact on the field, quality and contents of the written abstract.
Presentation: The award will be announced and presented at the Award Ceremony.
Eligibility: the candidancy should be submitted during the filling of the Conference Registration Form.
BEST CONFERENCE PRESENTATION BY A WOMAN AWARD
This award recognizes the most outstanding presentation presented by a woman at IEEE MeAVeAS 2025.
The winner will be entitled to:
- a signed and stamped official Award Certificate;
- the announcement of the achievement on a special conference webpage.
