Registration Fee includes:

Each registration (Member/Student Member) gives the possibility to the participant of presenting a maximum of 2 presentations during the conference sessions.
* Authors of a presentation at the 2025 IEEE MeAVeAS Conference are entitled to submit a full paper of the conference manuscript to one of the following Journals:
- ACTA IMEKO - Free of charge
- Veterinary Quaterly: a dedicated article collection for Meaveas 2025 has been created. In case the full papers is accepted, a 20% discount on the APC will be waived. Further information HERE
